I’m a software engineer, engineering leader, and tinkerer from Nashik, Maharashtra 🇮🇳.

I primarily use Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Ruby to code. I have been using different programming languages throughout my journey, including but not limited to, C, C++, Java, and PHP. I feel fortunate to have had opportunities to be a polyglot, experiment with different technologies, and work with amazing people over these years.

Senior Software Engineer @ Replay Gaming Ltd. (July 2015 - December 2017)

  • Improved performance and UX of primary application by 3x by implementing a larger pool for concurrent connections, fail-safe database configuration, migration to stateless APIs, and optimized messaging.
  • Improved performance resulted in increased team productivity as measured by doubled revenue growth in 6 months and a 40% reduced rate of new support tickets MoM, and around 20% positive NPS score.
  • Integrated and operationalized a single view bespoke BI tool to get more clarity and decision-making power for stakeholders via new business analytics and remarketing via Google AdWords, Facebook Pixel, Yahoo Dot Tags, and Microsoft Bing UET by accurately attributing $150k+ monthly ad expenditure.
